Express DEMO authorisation

By individually selecting the trading-authorisation checkbox during registration, I request that, if APEX approves my account and I deliberately connect an eligible DEMO broker account, its automated components may independently generate signals and submit, modify or close DEMO orders through that connection, without seeking manual permission for each individual order.

Scope and limitations

This registration consent applies exclusively to approved DEMO accounts and to features actually enabled for that user. It does NOT grant authority over live or funded accounts, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, subscription charges, or discretionary access to unrelated accounts. A separate, explicit per-broker and per-account live authorisation, suitability and regulatory approval process is required before real-money use.

Examples of permitted DEMO instructions

Within activated settings, the system may select instrument, side, entry, order type, volume, stop-loss, take-profit, amendments and exits. Actual settings and permissions must be visible before activation. Orders may occur at any time that the selected broker and deployed algorithm allow, subject to technical safeguards.

Inherent risks and oversight

I acknowledge algorithmic errors, unintended orders, position overlap, delayed fills, slippage and total simulated account loss may occur. I remain responsible for checking DEMO broker execution independently. Displayed controls or budgets do not guarantee that an order or stop will work as expected.

Activation and revocation

Checking this box records informed permission but does not activate trading. Approval, explicit broker connection and a distinct activation action must occur first. Once activated, I may request a stop or revoke access through the account controls or via support@abutronfx.online; when systems are unavailable, I must use the broker directly. Disconnection may not cancel resting orders or close open trades unless explicitly verified.

Evidence of consent

APEX may record the UTC time, version of this agreement, acknowledgement selection, IP-derived security record and account identifier in an access-controlled audit log. These records establish the scope of consent but are not evidence of regulatory authorisation or successful broker execution.

Document acknowledgement
