Public website availability or registration API health does not mean the broker or automated execution engine is connected, safe, profitable or even running.
What can fail
During an incident or connectivity failure, inspect orders and balances at your broker directly. Never presume that a missing dashboard signal means the broker has closed a position.
Your responsibilities
Broker execution and position reconciliation require independent monitoring. Where no verified feed exists, the correct public status is UNKNOWN or NOT VERIFIED rather than a manufactured uptime percentage.
Records and limitations
The initial DEMO signup provides no paid uptime SLA or guaranteed execution. Future documented incident history and maintenance processes require verified monitoring and publication.
