Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, disputes and the treatment of positions after access ends.

Document version: 2026-11-01 · DEMO onboarding · Review with independent legal counsel before commercial release
Important risk and rights notice. This document cannot waive mandatory statutory rights or protect unlawful conduct. Read the full text; do not rely on headline summaries.

Current commercial status

The public APEX registration form does not collect payment and does not activate a paid subscription. No upfront fee, free trial conversion or automatic debit is created simply by signing up. Specific subscription prices and payment terms must be clearly presented and accepted before any later purchase.

Cancellation rights

Once paid products are launched, customers must be able to see the renewal date, cancellation method, notice period, pro-rated rights where applicable and the date access ends. A cancellation request should be made through published account controls or support@abutronfx.online. Mandatory local cooling-off or refund rights cannot be waived by this policy.

Refund handling

Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased, service delivered, promotional terms and applicable consumer law. Any future non-refundable terms must be clearly disclosed before payment and remain subject to mandatory legal rights. Until pricing and billing processes are implemented, no specific refund timetable or guarantee is represented.

Positions, integrations and subscription expiry

Ending an APEX subscription or disabling an account must NOT be assumed to close, cancel or hedge trades at the broker. The customer must verify open positions, stop/take-profit orders and disconnection directly with their broker. The platform should issue operational warnings and attempt orderly handover when available, but an interruption cannot guarantee automatic liquidation.

Funded or prop accounts

Any future funded-account evaluations, profit shares, challenge fees, breach rules or payout/refund conditions require a distinct signed agreement before purchase. This DEMO registration is not acceptance of a prop-firm contract.

Document acknowledgement
