The APEX service is presented under AbutronFX. The full contracting company's registered name, physical address and designated information officer must be verified and published before accepting production customers. Privacy and data-subject enquiries: support@abutronfx.online. This notice is scoped to the current DEMO registration experience and will be expanded before broker integration or KYC uploads.
Information collected now
Registration collects your name, email address, self-declared country, a one-way password verifier (not the plaintext password), eligibility acknowledgement, individual policy acceptances and their versions, registration time, a security-derived network identifier and a limited browser user-agent. The web server may also process connection metadata needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Reasons and legal bases
We process the data to evaluate and maintain your application, authenticate authorised access when activated, administer contractual and compliance requirements, prevent abuse, maintain consent evidence, investigate incidents and respond to requests. Depending on applicable law the basis is contract steps, legal obligation, legitimate interests or specific consent where required. Optional marketing requires separate, freely given consent; it is not a prerequisite for registration.
Data retention and sharing
Records may be shared only with necessary infrastructure or professional service providers, and with regulators or law enforcement when legally required. We do not sell registration information. The service may be hosted or serviced outside your country; international transfer safeguards and destination/provider details must be documented before production onboarding. Records are retained only while needed for the stated purposes, audit requirements or legal claims; verified deletion requests are assessed subject to mandatory retention.
Technical and organisational safeguards
The deployed registration service uses HTTPS transport, restricted database access and one-way password hashing with a unique salt. No internet-facing system is guaranteed breach-proof. Additional controls, provider security agreements, incident procedures and backup restoration must be independently assessed before KYC, bank details or production brokerage credentials are collected. Do not submit ID documents or broker passwords through this form.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to applicable law you can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restrictions and information about processing by contacting support@abutronfx.online. In South Africa you can complain to the Information Regulator; where other laws apply, local regulators may have jurisdiction. We will verify identity before releasing account data. This signup does not itself consent to unrelated marketing or unrestricted profiling.
Children and additional processing
Accounts are intended for adults aged at least 18. Do not register on behalf of children. Before introducing identity verification, payment information, third-party analytics or live brokerage services, we must update this notice, identify processors and lawful grounds, and obtain any further legally required permissions.

Confirm you have reviewed this document. Your final legal acceptance is only submitted when you complete the registration form with all required confirmations.
